I wish gas prices would drop it's limited my ride time. I'm going to have to skip a few meals to afford gas so I can ride. If my quad could run on fat I would be good for years with liposuction bio fat fuel.

For me and my family its usually the gas to drive the quads to wherever we are going to ride that gets us, Driving to the track which is almost 60 miles round trip is way more gas then our quads and bikes use riding for 2 hours.

We haven't had to haul our quads to far to ride. It all adds up. My daughters 90 seems to run for ever on a tank of gas. I remember when it cost less to fill up my car than a 5gal. gas can.

Your right about that!! Nitro for my 1/8 scale 2 stroke rc buggy is around 40.00 a gallon. Thats paying to play and it's not rideable. Now it needs a new engine or piston & sleve. It's only 2hp I can get a new engine now with over 3hp. So go big or go home. I think I'll just leave it on the shelf for now all the rc race tracks that I raced at have closed. So thats about 250.00 in gas if I don't fix the rc buggy

I Was Riding By Myself. I was going through a Mud HOLE Either there was a log or a rock, or A Dip but just as I was almost through it, Machine, Rolled over on my right side, as soon as I contacted the ground, I Heard A SNAP! I got up, flipped the Quad back over. I had the wind knocked out of me.

I like to ride in wooded and grassy areas. It takes my mind off the everyday routines and helps me deal with my father's cancer. Also gives me a reason to get involved with forums like this one.

I hadn't driven my Kodiak for a two months, and since it was low on fuel, the first thing I did was filled it up to maybe 7/8 full. Getting ready to start it, I rotated the fuel selector switch to "on" and within seconds I smelled and saw fuel dripping onto the floor. I quickly turned it off and the fuel gradually stopped - I can repeat this.
The fuel is flowing from the hose that is connected to the bottom of the carb, and routes around to the left side toward the wheel well. Any idea what's going on here? It ran fine the last time I had it out.
      Thanks...
