1997 warrior atv wont pull

went riding the other day. All went well loaded atv on trailor and when i got home it would not pull ,foreward or reverse...Had clutches replaced and same thing is happing need help. I just dont know what it could be...

oil the chain for starters.

if that's OK then adjust the clutch.

we once had a 400ex in the shop and the chain was so tight and dry that we had to pick it up with a forklift to move it! chains tighten up as they dry out.

should be lubed every time you ride it.

What do you mean by "It won't pull?" It won't roll at all?, or it won't move when you try to ride it?

I took it to mean it would not move- perhaps it is the opposite?

Are the back tires locked up?

atv will roll around just will not pull when running. it will also roll around while it is in gear

Sounds like the clutch is not engaging, take the clutch cover off and inspect it. Check the clutch cable too.

found the problem. the nut is missing that held the small spocket for the chain. which let the sprocket slide off shaft....

Glad it was an easy fix, I am suprised you didn't hear any wierd noises when you were trying to move it around.
