Why did you post a pic of yourself sparrows?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is an old tire from my warrior that i fixed.... We were in Disney Oklahoma riding trails and i hit the side of a sharp rock and my tire didnt like it... We were only a few minutes into a weekend of riding... A whole card of plugs and some plumbers glue(didnt have any tire glue) and i rode the rest of the weekend without any problems...

I found if you light the ends of the plug on fire, it will melt the excess off and the melted rubber also helps plug the hole.

That's a good tip...hmm never did that. I have used plenty of plugs. Got them at Walmart. regular automotive tire plug kit.

I've had  pretty good luck with green slime.  I know, I know.  Half-as*.  But in certain situations it has been quite useful:

Riding my bicycle in a game refuge, it was impossible to avoid black berry vines on the trails.  Green slime in the tires at least enabled a complete trail ride without having to repair leaks on the trail.

My 1980 Case backhoe, with 17.5 - 24 ( I think) tires had a slow leak.  Take a month or so to flat.  Half a gallon of green slime and I only have to top it off about once a year.  I'm an old fart, and definitely adverse to wrestling tires that weight twice what I do.

I've also used it on riding mower and a small trailer.

I would not use it for a high speed vehicle like my truck or car, but in applications where there isn't much to loose, I've been happy with it.

I have used it all, plugs, slime, and flat fix. Flat fix works for a day, slime will work for about 3 weeks, plugs are good if your puncture is in the right place not to close to the flexing part of the tire, and i always light it on fire, not sure if it does anything, but that what the guys used to do at the service station to fix my motorcycle tires when i was a kid. Tires i try to fix are usually severely dry rotted and just need to air them up enough to move it around until i replace them. If the tires are fairly new with just a puncture i would use a plug.

Have you ever been on the trail and your tire valve goes bad. No way to break down the wheel and replace it. A lot of you probably know about this already i had heard of it but never used one. Just punch out the old one insert and tighten down the nut

I was going through a Mud HOLE Either there was a log or a rock, or A Dip but just as I was almost through it, Machine, Rolled over on my right side, as soon as I contacted the ground, I Heard A SNAP! I got up, flipped the Quad back over. I had the wind knocked out of me.
