For you guys throwing your name in the basket that haven't been a moderator before, keep in mind that good moderators can make a forum successful. You will be the person that new members look to for help, and your words here on the forum will take on a stronger meaning than regular members. It will be up to you to keep discussions going while at the same time keeping the peace. I spend probably at least 6 hours a day on the forum where I moderate, and we only have 1/5 the number of members as QC. Good luck guys.
