i dont think it is that expensive u just need to know wat ur doing.... i think a 250 with a dual exhaust would be sick... but u r probably making ur engine struggle more...

once the money floods in im gettin one of those 240 kits for like 200 bucks:wink:

A dual on your ride would look sick but it would be a waste of money, in my opinion.

BINGO! a dual is jus for looks basically. an FMF or pro curcuit pipe would produce as much if not more flow than the dual.

IMO the duals look sick but not worth the money. spend that extra cash on other needed stuff like suspension, tires, etc

Do it up, you would be the first that I've seen. We're not knocking your idea just letting you know with the amount of money you will spend on 2 silencers and fabing a mid pipe and header it would be over kill for that bike. Only 2 machines have any business running duals, the Raptor and the Banshee.

i just dont want to screw it up so that i cant have a running quad anymore

It will run but you will lose power. You only have one exhaust port on your motor, if you put a "Y" connector in line of your exhaust the exhaust will not flow smoothly.

ahhh, i see

      Hello All
I'm kinda new to ATVs. I just bought a 1987 Suzuki quad runner 230 Dual Range. I'm having a problem finding info on it. It's very clean, only 2.800 miles. The front wheels are only 30 in.center to center. I was thinking about adding wheel spacers to give it more stability. I realize the added stress on ball joints and bearings. I'm wondering if there are any other concerns? Any input is greatly appreciated!

I am new to this site. Now down to business, I have been given a Kawasaki 220, tires are trashed and it has been setting for a long time. Do I need a battery in it to find neutral? I know there is a neutral switch and if I shift down(7 times????)   then up one using the neutral switch I should be in Neutral. As you see I am in a learning curve here ......coments welcome.

Picked up a barn find that someone had already partially disassembled because the “motor locked up” but they never opened the case. Everything was bagged and labeled, and as I’ve mentioned before- I love a challenge ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

After a couple hours of fun with various pullers and hammers I managed to persuade the magneto/flywheel to come off. Hoo boy what a mess. Then I found an actual rats nest in the clutch cover. ಠ_ಠ

I just saw a video on TikTok where some guy took the rear end off an ATV and bolted on a roto tiller in place of rear wheels. I wish i saved that video to post here....good thing it was 4 wheel drive...lol but, it seemed to work.
I'm not sure how he made it bolt on to the drive....
