Check your local regulations. Here in Manitoba you don't have to wear a helmet in an Off Road Vehicle if it has rollover protection and you wear a seatbelt. Who wants to wear a helmet if you don't have to!

I live beside a fishing lake in north central Alberta and I watch Quaders drive by every weekend headed to the crown land that has bush trails on it. So many times I see people without helmets. Scary deal there.

If you don’t want to wear a helmet that’s completely your choice, but please at least be an organ donor.

I have seen some of those guys also, really acting the fool, you need to respect the machinery or you will get hurt, they not only need a helment but body armour as well. I understand i was young once, my philosophy was, if you cant feel the wind in your hair whats the point of having a head, but many years later and not a whole lot of hair left i wear a helment. Except for when im just pulling stuff around the yard in a trailor.
