I met a guy today in Columbia TN at a dealer service area. He asked me if there was someone near Jamestown TN where he could get his nolder 4-wheeler serviced. I couldn't help but I gave him the Quadcrazy site and invited him to check it out. I decided to see if I could help him out before he even got to a forum to ask the question. Good Luck.

My new 2023 Polaris Sportsman 850 is in the shop for a pinched Wiring Harness from the factory...
I did one ride on it (100kms), then to the shop for a month, waiting for them to replace it with a new one.

Entering this round of racing, six motos remained to be claimed as the series looks towards the closing of another successful season of ATV motocross. The facility at Pleasure Valley MX had been prepped and even though some showers worked through the region prior to race day, the track was ready to offer the racers another incredible weekend of high speed action. Greetings,
Have a 88 LT80 that been sitting for a couple years. Bought a new piston, cylinder and head. Installed these, rolled it over and it quickly locks up. Took carb apart. It was full of what appears to be 2 cycle oil. Cleaned it, but keeps locking up and 2 cycle oil continues to seap from exhaust port. When i installed new cylinder, I noticed crankcase was full of oil. I'm now wondering if that oil is what's getting sucked up into cylinder. Should there be no oil in crankcase? If that the case, how is crank and rod lubricated? Sorry, never worked on a 2 stroke. Thanks!
