I am worried about the 2024 election, our country has unfortunately been on a downward trend for decades.

Hi Dave. Yeah I mostly just stick to giving advice where I think it will do some good, but I always respond when someone starts attributing things, words, ideas, or attributes, to me, that I don't accept.

Attributing words, ideas or attributes to people that you don't know and that haven't said the words or expressed the ideas,.. that is trolling.

Boy the pressure on Biden keeps mounting. Schumer, Pelosi and now today reports of Obama. Its just amazing that its happening now so close to the election. Most people saw Biden's decline when he was elected and questioned it then. Talk about blinders on. He didn't all of a sudden become the way he is after one debate, its just no-one can deny it anymore.

Between a poor debate, the assassination attempt on Trump, Biden's covid (which might end up being the excuse he gets out with/health reasons) and the Democratic party turning on Joe, its turning into quite a spectacle. Sort of feel bad for the old mad. They're turning on him (including the media)... in public.

Covid looks like a way out. His friends and donors know it's time to step down. Save his dignity and the party. His wife is a big factor in his daily duties.

There it is folks...Biden is out and endorsing Kamala. Probably not the greatest strategy for democrats because she's very weak and nothing can change that over the next 100 or so days. Will be interesting to watch the convention. What a mess, he should have never did the debate, it clearly went downward since then and sank his campaign.

Kamala Harris's weakest point is she is a woman of colour  in a nation still  too deeply immersed in racism  and misogyny.  She is far more capable of doing a great job in the Presidency,Fostering women's rights and keeping the nation out of fascism than  tRump  is.  I just hope she and the Democrats  can  make the nation see that.

Electing  Donald tRump would be a huge gift to  Putin and Xi and a huge threat to  America's allies and partners around the world. The lessons taught by the parallels in  Europe of the 1930's  is lost on the US.  The cult is almost as strong now  as the one of the '30's was then.

Like most conservatives I vote on issues. Biden/Harris and Obama opened the southern border. I prefer legal immigration. 

It's  divisive to call people racist misogynist etc. You don't know what other people are thinking. Democrats push this consistently. 

Charging your political opponent with crimes is more in line with "the parallels of Europe of the 1930's. Not to mention what 3rd world Dictators do.

I suppose that the "gift to Putin" was peace through strength that prevented him from attacking Ukraine.

The facts will bear which candidate is best for the United States. 

Kamala was the boarder czar, who knows how many terrorists have invaded. Cost the country $66 billion. She wants to get rid of private health insurance. During the "Summer of Love" her party looted burned and killed at a cost of $2 billion. Removed sanctions from Iran freeing up money to give to Hammas who in turn attacked Isreal.

On the other hand under Trump you have the Abraham Accords which were bringing peace to the Middle East. He decimated ISIS. Removed regulations on business, very strong economy. Lowered taxes.  Had a strong border policy that Biden removed on day 1.

You're right.  I won't.  I learned  long ago   that trying to show fact and proof of anything to  a cultist and hard right extremist is a lesson in frustration.   They  "BELIEVE"  and there is no swaying their belief with  anything they  don't want to see or hear.  They reject everything as lies and  just launch into  insults and accusations.  Hopefully you will be  extremely disappointed  after  Nov. 5th.

Sounds like you can dish it out but can't take it. Canadians always think they are better. What I'm finding lately is that some people that don't like Trump for the rhetoric and behavior, didn't really start to pay attention until more recently over the past few years under Biden, recalling what their expenses looked like under Trump vs Biden. Groceries seem to be #1, then housing, car insurance, and general commodities that took too much of an increase not to notice. Add to that the immigration with illegals in plain site in neighborhoods and schools everywhere, and then its the wars going on. Pretty much everything else seems to be taking a lower position and most of those things are what the Democrats are running on.  Kamala can't fix any of that now and its a bit funny for her to try and say she will as president.

She is an Asian  heritage,  but American " black " woman,  just as you and I  are of European heritage  citizens of  the US, and Canada. I,  like the majority world wide believe she will be a far better President and preserve your version of democracy than that self centered wanna be dictator  you support.

By the way, the head of the  UK's Royal Family is now  King Charles.  We are part of the British Commonwealth, but the  king and the government of the  UK  has  no say in what we do as a nation.  Our Supreme Court  is the highest court of the land  just  yours is for you.

I don't know of any polls done,  but I would suspect there is as much , if not more interest in the  Royal  Family in the US as there is in Canada  and likely most of the countries in the Commonwealth .  He is a figurehead  only with no power to enact any  laws.  That  job is vested in our Parliament ,  just as yours is by your Congress.

I wish you would stop saying I support Trump. You are putting words in my mouth. You don't know me at all. I have stated a few times I don't support  Biden or Trump . They are Big Government. Half of all working Americans have government jobs. You are less free. You pay higher taxes. This is unsustainable. 

They play identity politics. If you don't like a black politician's agenda you are racist. If you are against using abortion as birth control you are sexist. If you don't like transgender and LGBT pushed on children you are a homophobe. 

They weaponized the Justice Department against Trump and conservative protesters. Charged Trump but Biden was to senile to be charged. Let the statute of limitations expire on tax fraud charges against Hunter Biden. Used a bullshit law to imprison many J6 protesters. This is what Dictators do.

They are the party responsible for biological males competing against women in sports.
