Yeah I looked it up Ajm. Not something we get here.

I don't think you are going to get a manufacturers wiring diagram Jerry, and there are no generic wiring diagrams for something like that switch, or bike. You could take the switch apart and you should be able to see where the wires go, check which wire/pin goes to which switch and when they are connected or isolated from one other, then pull your old switch apart(if you have one), and do the same with it. If you don't have the old switch you will have to try and figure which wire on the bike goes to the power for the headlights and to the headlights, which wire goes to the starter, and which wires kill the ignition and whether the kill function is by shorting two pins/wires or by disconnection them.

Need some help putting a new ignition switch on this thing. I'm not finding homes for all the wires. I can hook up the white wire and brown wire, But the switch has a B/W and Solid Yellow wire i can't find a home for, and there aren't any more wires in the vicinity from the harness that match this, except one red wire with a double female end crimped on, and a few B/Y grounds. None of the wiring diagrams i've founder or have been given match.
I'm also wondering if i have the wrong switch? some switches appear to have 4 wires and other just 2, the Brown wire and a White wire.
I'm at a loss here. Thanks.

I’m looking for any member that may be familiar with the neutral safety switch on this bike.
I picked up a bayou 220 that I found sitting in a shed. Nice looking bike the guy said it would not start one day and put it away and never touched it again.
So it turns out the neutral safety switch is bad.  I jumped it out and the bike fired up and runs good.
I’m more then capable of the work in changing it but this thing is buried pretty good. I’m curious if anyone has done the switch replacement before?
I attached some pics to see.
picture 1 is the side view you can see the green and red wires going into the cover.
Pic 2 shows looking down on the drive shaft coming out of that cover.  That is not a simple cover you just pull off.
Im wondering how deep and how much sh** has to come off like the drive shaft etc for this switch  to be replaced.
So if any of the QC members have done this switch I’m looking for any input with regard to changing it.
      Thanks.
