I just uploaded the factory service manual for the 2017-2019 Ace 500/570. It just has to be approved by admin first. Hope it helps you. Let me know if you need anything else

well I have a 2017 sportsman 570 and it will not start... It started acting up randomly by not starting every time and now it will not start at all and I mean it will not turn over. I have power to everything just wont try to start.  I have checked the battery, starter, starter solenoid, most wiring from all 3 I have  jumped the solenoid and it will start so I think some where in the starter circuit I have a bad connection or wire that's why I need the wiring diagram to trace it down.

Anyone experience a check engine light but not having a code to trouble shoot?

Can you give us more information  on. Check engine lighrl and no codes. What is the vehicle doing when the light is on. Also if the vehicle  has power steering. Any issues in the 4 wd and power steering could cause the Check engine  light to come on but not show any codes on the speedometer. Sometimes the only way to get the code is with a scan tool

I am going to need this. I just had the cam break where it connects to the timing chain sprocket.

I'm going to need this for some electrical references. 2019 570 SP EPS was left out in the rain and now I have zero power to anything. All fuses and relays test good. I'm not sure if these bikes have a secret fusible ground link or such in the harness.
