'99 King Quad carb issue

Hi,

I'm having some issues with the carb on my '99 King Quad 300.  It idles, runs and revs smooth and without hesitation when the choke is on, but when I take the choke off, it still idles fine, but no longer revs smoothly and hesitates and hiccups.  I've adjusted the pilot screw and it helped some, but it's still not right.  Any suggestions?

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem. Float may be stuck or the needle inside the bowl is not free slowing the fuel into the engine.I would take the carb apart give it a good cleaning and make sure all the orafaces are clear as well as check fuel flow from the valve on the gas tank. Sometimes this valve can have an obstruction inside slowing fuel delivery.

      Well the Way I Ride, some of you knew it was Inevitable.
      Below are Three Videos.

      I Was Riding By Myself. I was going through a Mud HOLE Either there was a log or a rock, or A Dip but just as I was almost through it, Machine, Rolled over on my right side, as soon as I contacted the ground, I Heard A SNAP! I got up, flipped the Quad back over. I had the wind knocked out of me.

      5 broken Ribs
      1 Punctured Lung
      1 Broken Collar Bone

      '03 Honda Sporttrax 400EX Carb issue.

      My name says it all. I have a '03 Honda Sporttrax 400EX with a new aftermarket carb on it that seems to be having issues. I can start it but it idles really rough and when I give it throttle it just kills the engine. I have tried adjusting the idle screw but to no avail. I am in the San Diego Ca area. 
      Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I would also like to get an owners manual for the thing too but can't seem to find a downloadable one.

      So I’ve got a 2000 Honda 400ex absolutely love it!! I’ve had it for about a month, I ride with bruteforce 750’s, outlander 850’s and 1000 sxs’s and I was thinking of getting a trx450r carb and a full hmf exhaust. And probably doing the air box mod too, how much power would this give my 400? Just a little different or a big difference? Cuz if it’s not much of a different I’ll just stick with my dg slip on..... thanks!

      1990 Kawasaki Bayou 220 wiring issues

      I have a 1990 Bayou 220 that runs pretty well for it's age--needs a new muffler, but sounds tough.    Have had to start with a pull cord since I got it, and recently started troubleshooting the start button.  Finding a lot of information on this issue in the forum, but haven't been able to chase it down yet.  Got a new battery, new starter solenoid, and going to replace the starter relay this week, but not convinced that's going to do the trick, since I can't get the neutral light on when turning the key on.  I can start it by jumping the solenoid, but the 2 black wires to the relay do not activate the starter.  Bad ground or a short somewhere?  Is there a good way to just test the ground?
