Trail Tire Valve Replacement
GW #3 I can't see how you're going to get the big bulge on the valve, the inside bit, to come out of the tyre, or, how you can ever get a new valve stem bulge back through the hole. Valve stems are tight to pull into place from the inside in the normal fitting process, when you are only pulling the long taper through.. You can't pull the fat bulge out even with a valve tool screwed into it and pliers levering on the tool and rim. I must be overlooking something here, but that looks impossible to me.. not using standard valve stems. The extra short ones look like the go.. -

What is the name of those tire valve replacements? I'd like to search on them to see if there is a source of them here.. I'm not really impressed with those Frozwees from the looks of them but they would likel work ok after a lot of fussing around. -

Heavy Duty ATV Cover
Does anyone have a recommendation of a really Heavy Duty ATV cover. I have bought several and they do keep the water off somewhat, but they are very thin and do not contour with the shape very well and water pools up in the rack louvers. I think i may be looking for a heavy canvas one, if anyone has a recommendation it would be greatly appreciated. -

2008 Brute Force 650, clutch is slow to engage
I would try a clutch adjustment centrifical clutch is probably worn a little. -

2 problems with 2000 Timberwolf 4x4
Mikuni cabs are rathar expensive i saw one on ebay 349.00 for a rusted corroded ugly carb, thats just crazy, i would keep looking on ebay if you can get one close to 100 and rebuild it thats what i generally do. I would do what you did make an extension for the hitch if you bolt it tight i dont really understand why it drags the ground . Been a long time since i have seen a timberwolfe so i dont remember how ridgid the towing hitch is. I do know some of those hitches are rathar low to the ground i have also mounted a 1 1/4 reciever hitch to ATVs to get clearance, a real trailer hitch would not go on a ball once mounted so i had to extend it not permanant because i wanted to remove it later. -

2008 Brute Force 650, clutch is slow to engage
I'm trying to help a buddy out with his bike (he's not really on the internet or familiar with these forums) and I'll admit that I am not super familiar with the transmission and clutches in these bikes. I owned a Brute a few years ago, but never had an issue like this that I had to troubleshoot. So basically my buddy bought a group lot of 650's to build one good bike out of. He got it all put together and has it running but when he pushes on the throttle the clutch doesn't engage till the RPM's are quite high and even when its moving it doesn't really speed up, almost seems like its in "limp mode". He's tried 2 different transmissions so I don't think that's the problem. Is there any adjustment on the clutch engagement? Anything else I can tell him to look at? Let me know if you need anymore information if you think you can help. -

Trail Tire Valve Replacement
Wish they had these yrs ago for all stems that i had replaced that got broken on many clients lawn tractors & atvs. Would Saved alot greif. -

Newbie
I don't ever remember Polaris having a 500 TrailBoss model? or ever seen 1 before. Ive have owned 2 out three versions of the TB 250, 325, 330.
